This coming weekend Paraclete XP SkyVenture in Raeford, NC will be hosting their first annual “Indoor Skydiving Championships”.
The event includes 4- and 8-way FS (relative work), and 2- and 4-way VFS (vertical relative work).
Owner Tim D’Annunzio sponsored a traditional skydiving meet in 2007 as Paraclete was still under construction and 2008 saw a combination of standard skydiving competition along with tunnel competition.

In it’s 3rd year, the Paraclete XP Money meet has now evolved to a fully indoor competition, called the Indoor Skydiving Championships.

Teams have been training and practicing their free routines in order to compete for the status of Championship.  Several world class teams such as Arizona Airspeed, Perris Fury, Team Future and the Golden Knights will be coming to compete.
Awards are generous, huge piles of cash and tunnel time are on the line for the top contenders.
A crew from National Geographic will be flying and capturing footage of the championships, covering a story on terminal velocity.
