Jumpers Over Seventy (JOS) planning a new record in Z-Hills early November

Written by Kolla

As the famous quote by Bill Wood goes – you don’t quit skydiving because you get old, you get old because you quit skydiving!

In the spirit of that quote, Jumpers Over Seventy (JOS) will meet up at Skydive City in Zephyrhills, Florida to make another attempt at cracking the current record of 20-way. The goal is for a 22-way, or larger if the mood strikes. Last year they matched the current record of 22 but were not successful in breaking it.

Dates are set for November 4-7, 2015. Practice jumps are slated for November 3-4. More information including cost of registration can be found on the Skydive City event page.

Best of luck to all the record participants- keep on setting a good example for the rest of the youngsters!
